• Payment Information: When you purchase the full report, payment is processed by Creem (our payment provider). We receive a transaction ID and payment status — we never see or store your credit card details.
• Technical Data: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) collected automatically when you visit our site.
• Local Storage: Your quiz answers are temporarily saved in your browser's local storage so you can view your results. This data stays on your device.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate your personalized Soul Card, future-self letter, archetype analysis, and action roadmap.
• To process and verify your payment.
• To improve our questions, AI prompts, and user experience (in aggregate, never tied to your identity).
• To respond to your support requests and process refunds.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our Service:

• DeepSeek API: Processes your quiz answers to generate AI-powered results. Your answers are sent to DeepSeek for processing and are not retained by us.
• Creem: Acts as our Merchant of Record for payment processing. Creem handles all payment data, tax collection, and compliance.
• Vercel: Hosts our website and server-side functions.
• Supabase: Provides our database for storing session and payment records (no personal quiz answers stored).

5. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not require account registration — no email or password needed to take the quiz.
• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not show you advertisements.
• We do not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics.
• We do not retain your individual quiz answers after generating your results.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Request a refund within 7 days of purchase (see our Terms of Service).
